Main Streat Marketing Refund Policy:
In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, you the purchaser, may cancel any sale up to midnight of the third business day after the transaction has been processed. Additional limited refund options are available after that time.

In the matter of Citations services, Main Streat Marketing guarantees a minimum of 50% increase in the client’s Online Visibility Score within the first six (6) months or, upon the request of the client, Main Streat Marketing will fully refund the one-time setup fee. The monthly fees are non-refundable but may be discontinued by the client at any time via written request to Main Streat Marketing but cancellation will not be applied to any payment scheduled less than three (3) days before the auto payment is scheduled to bill. Services will continue to be fulfilled through the last day of the last paid billing cycle.
In the matter of all Main Streat Marketing services, monthly fee, the purchaser may cancel monthly billing at any time but cancellation will not be applied to any payment scheduled less than three (3) days before the auto payment is scheduled to bill. Services will continue to be fulfilled through the last day of the last paid billing cycle. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the fulfillment for that month has not been completed and will be granted based on the prorated amount of incomplete work.
In the matter of all Main Streat Marketing services, one (1) time setup fee, In addition to the refund options above, the client, within the first 60 days of his or her initial purchase, may contact us in writing to give notification of any dissatisfaction. Then Main Streat Marketing requires 30 days to resolve the cause of the dissatisfaction. If after 30 days the issue is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction, at the client’s written request, pro-rated refund options are available determined by the completion of the setup for the services in question. Alternatively, after the initial 60 day period as referenced above, the client may request Main Streat Marketing to continue the work with no refund.
Discounts: In many cases, Main Streat Marketing offers scholarship programs and bundled package discounts. Any purchaser for whom a refund is granted for services that were provided at a discounted price shall be refunded for the prorated amount of the unfinished fulfillment, but will also be charged for the difference of the original price before the discount was applied.
Open for business services: If a client goes out of business, or changes both the name and location of the business, or has a change of ownership, a refund will not be granted but the services can be continued under a new business name and location.
